Manager of Volunteer Engagement
United Way of York County (UWYC) seeks a full-time Manager of Volunteer Engagement. This position is responsible for UWYC’s annual Day of Caring, working with community organizations, maintaining an online database of volunteer opportunities and grants management. An emerging focus is on engaging additional youth, young adults and 55+ as volunteers.
This full-time position requires strong organization and relationship building skills, enthusiasm and knowledge working with volunteers. Experience with project and event planning and volunteer management is essential. Knowledge of service learning and York County a plus.
Salary range depending on skills and experience is $30,000-$35,000 with health insurance and other benefits. Position will remain open until filled.
